in the early 90s I met a guy in a record shop who claimed to be a ex-member of Hot Chocolate. I believe it was really an ex-member because he talked about the band with exact fond memories and this guy was still obviously a player because he was dressed very well, with a big gold braclet, and a girlfriend who was 20 years younger than him who was getting bored in the record shop and urging him to leave the shop so that they could go eat
