Mister Jaaaames Brown's soulful male accomplice released this superbaad live album back in 1970. Easily as good as any James Brown album, though without the man, this album would not exist. Funky dynamite from the get-go 'I Need Help' is a jazz-dance anthem, try dancing to this and you'll see what I mean. Even the ballads cut through the sap straight to the soul. A genius sounding press, as funky as it gets.... classic.
