DustyGroove:
A classic boogie groover from the early 80s -- the one and only album from Gemini, and one of the few albums issued on the tiny M&M label! Although an indie effort, the album's got a tightness that matches the best 80s groove on bigger labels from the time -- especially the excellent work coming out of Capitol, which would be a good match for the upbeat rhythms and well-crafted grooves going on here. Production is right on the money -- very together without sounding slick -- and the album's got a wonderfully soulful charm, served up by two male vocalists who sound great on both the upbeat and mellower tunes in the set.

1. Ain't No Love (Better Than Your Love)
2. (You've Got) Something Special
3. Can't Throw Away A Good Love
4. (Everytime I See) A Pretty Lady
5. It's Friday Night!!
6. I Don't Want To Lose You
7. My Love For You Keeps Growing
8. The Power Of Your Love
